Hi Bill,

Unscrew the tailcap and look inside of it behind the spring. A spare switch rubber should be
rattling around loose inside there. It will appear as a small black rubber thing. Because it is
soft rubber, you will not hear it rattling when you shake the flashlight; you have to remove the
tailcap and look inside it to know it's there.

Remove the spring from the tailcap (being careful not to lose the switch rubber in the process),
remove the switch rubber, and push the switch rubber, domed-side facing out, into the opening
on the barrel where the switch is. Push the spring back inside the tailcap so the narrower end
faces out, and screw the tailcap back on the flashlight.

Try not to lose the spare, because I have no idea where you might obtain a replacement.
