Because of the nature of this product, my usual evaluation format will not be used. This will just be a brief informational page with four photographs on it.

This is a rainbow Gay Pride flag traditionally used to symbolise gay pride -- being "out of the closet" (or just "out") if you will. Yes, it's no big secret that I'm a "homosexicle" (from the movie "Chuck and Larry"); so I have no reason to stay "in the closet".

It is made from what I believe is nylon, and it is rather thin and airy.
It has six decending pieces in six colors that represent each color of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. This is the design used exclusively for Seattle; other communities would typically use a rectangular design with the colors of the rainbow but not the pink triangle.

Here's the bottom edge of just such a Gay Pride flag.

The one on this web page measures 24.50" wide by 55.0" long.

This photograph shows the other flag I had (with the pink triangle bordered in a light blue) that I carried in the Gay Pride Parade (also called "The F*g March" by some) in Seattle WA. USA on the last Sunday in June 1990.

This Gay Pride flag was purchased in Seattle WA. USA in 1989 when I was a bartender at the now-defunct Six Eleven Tavern.
I used to have an identical flag with a light blue (cyan) border around the triangle (see the last photograph on this web page), but I believe that it became lost during a move I made in late-September 1996.
